Returns & Exchanges
After you buy any of our high-quality products, you have up to two weeks to change your mind. If you decide not to use the ski equipment you bought, you can return it within fourteen days for a full refund. You can also exchange clothing for a different size within the same time frame. We often accept refunds and allow exchanges past the 14-day time frame, but instead of receiving a full refund, you will be issued a store credit that can be used for other products. However, the latter option is up to the discretion of the store, and we may not be able to offer store credit for merchandise that we no longer stock.
