Can you ship my order on the day that I place it?
Orders are typically shipped out in 1-2 business days. If you have selected an expedited shipping method and your order needs to ship on the same day that you place it, please call us at 877-887-2135 before 12pm MST. We will be happy to accommodate you to the very best of our ability.

If I place my order on a Friday when will it ship?
Typically orders placed on Friday, even expedited orders, ship out the following Monday (UPS does not pick up on weekends).

From where will my order ship?
All orders ship from Edwards, CO. Your order may arrive in more than one package, but you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

Will I receive tracking information for my order?
You will receive order tracking information from UPS via email when the order ships.

Where do I find shipping charges for oversized or heavy items?
The shipping charge for ground delivery of oversized and heavy items within the lower 48 states is designated on the product's information page.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APOs?
Yes, P.O. Box and APO orders are delivered via USPS. UPS DOES NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.

Does UPS deliver on weekends?
UPS delivers on Saturdays in some locations.

A pre-printed UPS return label will be included with your order, and a service charge of $6 will be charged to the credit card used for payment on your order if you use it

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund or an exchange. If you ever have a question about a product you purchased from us, please let us know.

Return merchandise is accepted for a full refund if postmarked within 14 days of your receipt of your order. Sale merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days of your receipt of your order.

All Returns must be in new condition, with all tags still attached and show no signs of use (subject to our discretion).

A $10 box fee will be charged on footwear if it is returned without the original manufacturer's box.

We recommend that you insure your package and keep a record of the tracking number. Ptarmigan Sports is not responsible for lost or damaged items, and return receipt will not be guaranteed without a valid tracking number.

If you are exchanging an item, we recommend that you purchase the new item online to ensure that it does not go out of stock.

We will charge or credit back any difference in price from the new item upon receipt of your return.
